5. ContractWe will meet and go through the contract in depth to be clear on what has been included and what has been excluded and if there is anything that requires further specification or decisions that will need to be made during construction.
Doing this allows you to feel confident and clear in what has been quoted and gives you an understanding of what future decisions you will have to make regarding finish or function.
We set clear expectations on timeline, progress claims, communication and our commitment to working together.
We will also explain variations, extensions of time, provisional sums and prime cost allowances.
Once contracts are signed we submit along with all other documentation for building permit.
